Fascinating story but terrible writing Clear bias from the author which the facts she refers to do not support A lot of the legal stuff is incorrect or misrepresented which was frustrating to read

characters Smoke and Mirrors Robin Bowles º 7 Download Free download ´ Smoke and Mirrors 107 Ner employee dog’s body and whipping boy was always three steps behind never in the limelight In the words of Paul Bangay the international garden designer and Stuart’s former partner ‘Michael really had to fit into Stuart’s way of life Stuart had a definite style and lifestyle and Michael took on that persona’ It worked for sixteen years until the fateful morning when Michael violently killed Stuart. A well written and sympathetic exploration of a truly tragic story I read this over uite a long period of time leaving it aside on and off simply because I found it so very sad It provides an interesting and detailed picture of the somewhat rarified circles Rattles and O Neill moved in but the portrait of their relationship remains as smokey as the title suggests Yet somehow with hindsight Bowles does bring an awful inevitability to the tale I m not sure that true crime is the genre for me it s just too real
